One Heart Meditation and Healing Groups

The group facilitates deep relaxation of the body and mind and alignment with the unified field.

  • To reduce cortisol levels

  • Increase serotonin and dopamine levels

  • Body focusing and working on specific areas such as the enteric nervous system ('gut brain')

  • Clearing emotional and energetic blocks such as trauma

  • Reducing fear and grief and promoting acceptance

  • Connecting with the Earth

  • Developing resilience and non-reactivity

  • Strengthening the nervous system

  • Developing self-awareness

  • Learning to work with energetic bodies and systems

  • Raising the vibration

  •  Creating a deeper connection with all things.
